In the old harbour in Chania on the island of Crete stands a lighthouse. This rustic old building can be seen from any part of the old harbour and is one of the things everyone visiting is bound to remember. I have taken many snapshots of this lighthouse over the years. Behind a curve, we’re suddenly blocked by a flock of goats. We stop the car and I grab my Fuji. The shepherd is here, pouring corn on the side of the road to feed the beasts. As the sun start to redden, the goats hurry on either side of the grain. Dinner’s ready!
